If you need financing for the purchase of a new home, please find out about possibilities to receive a mortgage loan before signing the reservation agreement. The oral reservation period is intended for such purposes. We cooperate with AS "SEB banka", AS "Swedbank", and AS "Luminor Bank" and AS "Citadele bank", but you can also choose another bank to receive a loan.

Easy access to the building
The entrance door in each building can be unlocked with an electronic code key (chip). An audio communication device is available at the front door of the building, while a speakerphone is installed in each apartment. For the convenience of residents, the meters are equipped with a smart reading function.

Enjoy your morning coffee on your balcony – each of the project apartments has one. First-floor residents have access to private green areas overlooking the river or woods.
