Viewing apartments remotely

Onsite apartment viewings

- Onsite viewings are possible only for those without symptoms of COVID-19.

- It is obligatory to inform the Merks mājas representative if you have returned from abroad in the last 14 days, if you have been in contact with other people who have returned from abroad in the last 14 days, or if you are not feeling well.

- Before meeting with you, the Merks mājas representative will ask about your health condition. If you or a person living with you has symptoms of COVID-19, the viewing will be postponed or arranged remotely.

- Only one client and one Merks mājas representative may take part in an onsite viewing. An exception is made for two client representatives if both live in the same household.

- During the entire onsite viewing, all participants must maintain a two-meter distance and avoid any physical contact, including handshakes.

- All participants must first disinfect their hands. The Merks mājas representative will provide hand sanitiser.

- All participants must wear face masks and rubber gloves throughout the viewing. These may be removed and discarded after leaving the project area.

- The Merks mājas representative will await you with protective gear already on and will provide this to you as well immediately upon your arrival, before entering the building.

- After meeting with a client, the Merks mājas representative ventilates the premises for at least 15 minutes and disinfects any affected surfaces.
