Merks Duntes Zīles will be located in one of the least built-up neighbourhoods of Riga, near Skanste, which is a popular place for families and young professionals. There are many historic oaks in the project area, which will be preserved and supplemented by new trees to make the location greener and friendlier. The project’s energy-efficient buildings will have 2 to 4-room apartments with a total area of 40 – 95 m2. Apartment prices are expected to be 71 000 – 183 000 EUR.

Within the framework of the Merks Duntes Zīles project, special consideration has been given to the residents of the buildings. For additional security, a video surveillance system is planned.
The project is close to well-developed infrastructure: public transportation, kindergartens, schools, medical institutions, office buildings, sports facilities and shopping centres.
