Our apartment buildings have suitable premises for offices, shops, beauty salons, cafes and restaurants – the first floor is a great place for business.
We want everyone to feel comfortable in our buildings, so we engage recognised architects and designers for careful planning. We pay special attention to the layout and functionality of commercial premises.

After choosing an apartment, you can make an oral reservation with one of our sales consultants, valid for 5 working days.
If you need financing for the purchase of a new home, please find out about possibilities to receive a mortgage loan before signing the reservation agreement.
Free or paid finishing solutions are available for projects under construction. They may be selected up until a specific time in the construction process.
When construction of the project is completed and it’s possible to see all the nuances of the new apartment, you will be able to evaluate it onsite together with our sales consultant and sign the transfer deed.
After the transfer deed is signed, we will start the procedure of concluding the purchase agreement, drawing up all the necessary documents.
After paying the full purchase price and completing all formalities, you will become a full-fledged owner of the apartment!
For interior finishing, we provide a 2-year guarantee from the moment the building is put into operation or from the moment of signing the purchase agreement.

Skanstes parks consists of three five to six-storey buildings. All apartments are fully finished and have spacious balconies with sliding windows, allowing them to be converted into separate rooms. The second-floor apartments have a terrace, while the top-floor apartments have a roof terrace with a fabulous panoramic view of Riga. In developing the residential building project, we especially thought about the creation of green zones – on the roof of the first-floor parking lot, residents can enjoy comfortable private terraces of more than 5,100 m2 with benches, children’s playgrounds and a barbecue area. Next to the project, we created a park of more than 21,000 m2 with benches, a children’s playground and an outdoor sports field.

Skanstes virsotnes are four 24-storey residential buildings in Skanste – a place that is often called the Riga of the future. With the development of this project, an underused area near the city centre has been turned into a contemporary environment, becoming one of the most modern parts of central Riga for a dynamic city lifestyle.
All apartments have balconies or terraces. Residents have access to underground and surface parking as well as children’s playgrounds and recreation areas.

The Jaunbiķeri quarter has 14 functional buildings on seven hectares of peace, quiet and fresh air. The project is only a 20-minute drive from the centre of Riga.
In the middle of the quarter, a green area with walking paths has been created in a thriving cluster of pines. A network of paved sidewalks has been laid out between the buildings and six children’s playgrounds have been created. For the convenience of residents, both underground and surface parking lots have been constructed.

The four Viesturdārza mājas buildings are located next to the historic embassy district of Riga, close to downtown Riga. The houses boast natural materials, parquet floors, wooden doors, and wood-framed windows. The layout of the buildings ensures maximum use of daylight indoors. The view from the glazed loggias faces Viesturdārzs and the historical centre of the city. The building facades are painted in a light tone; the exterior finishing of the building uses glass surfaces as well as stone cladding at the basement level.
